The carrier is uncomfortable. The strap rubs against my neck, and the baby feels loose and unstable, so I have to hold them firmly with one hand. Adjusting the strap after putting the baby inside is extremely inconvenient — it doesn’t slide easily, and you somehow have to hold the baby while pulling the strap through the buckle with one hand. I was never able to do it. I’m very disappointed with this product because in the videos it looked quick, easy, and convenient to use, but in reality that was not my experience.

I haven’t had any correspondence from the company despite emailing them and I am still waiting for the carrier and it is really needed as I have a baby that doesn’t want to be put down

I would leave a review of the carrier except I haven’t received it after three weeks…. replacement sent with same shipping company and stuck in same waiting limbo with On trac which, based on my experience and others reviews, is a trash shipping company.
