The website was easy to use and the purchase process was simple. The stroller was dispatched quickly, in less than 24 hours, but the delivery from Germany took quite a long time. The main downside for me was the response time to emails. I wanted to buy the stroller in another colour, but it was not available at the time. Less than 24 hours later, it became available again, but unfortunately the colour change was not approved. Later, when I asked for an update because the delivery was taking longer than expected, it also took a while to receive a reply. Overall, the website is good and the buying process was easy, but the customer service response time could be improved.

Not a lot of back support Can’t tighten shoulder straps

This baby carrier is so comfortable! I have a 99 percentile “velcro” baby and this has made it so much more supportive for both her and I when we go on walks. I love that I can back carry her as well which is especially convenient around the house when I’m getting a few things done. I love the pockets and small bag that are included on the waist belt which truly helped me go hands-free. My husband is 6’3 and unfortunately, he did not find the back carry position as comfortable as I did. The clips rested way too high on his chest and were highly uncomfortable. It didn’t seem possible to adjust them any lower. For reference I’m 5’3 and didn’t have an issue but just something to consider for someone on the taller end.
