Fast shipping, could have done a bit better with showing customers how to use the sling like a video on how to put it together but other than that wonderful

Delivered quickly and before estimated date. Good quality carriers but a little overpriced.

It would have been good to have a proper tracking system, I was expecting the order to arrive a few days before it actually did and there was no way to track. But arrived it good condition and wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Ergobaby

Easy to navigate website, quick shipping. The only thing I would have liked to improve my shopping experience is make it clearer what the difference is between some of the slings, so much choice it can be confusing!
