The customer service is very good but the telephone line is always busy and unavailable. The returns took a long time and even after a long time the payments were not returned yet. I am still waiting for my payment. It’s been over a month.Even though the customer service is very good, writing back and forth for different orders is very frustrating.

Good service but the carrier is fiddly

Love our Omni 360 and can hardly function without out it when a buckle snapped. The email support was great and pointed us to replacement buckles, however I would’ve preferred faster delivery and the buckle colour I needed was out of stock (just unfortunate rather than a complaint). I’ve bought the wrong colour in the meantime just so I can use the carrier again! It’s invaluable for dog walks and the school run. The buckle breaking was our fault as opposed to a quality issue. Thank you to customer support for their help with the buckle and offers to postpone the order until our buckle colour came back in stock.
