Service and customer service fantastic which is the mark of a great company. Unfortunately for us we had received a product that appears to have been twisted or squashed in transit but the customer service team were able to advise options and what to do

Alles ok und zielführend.

Customer service was quick to respond and very polite and helpful. Returns process was hard to navigate and the instructions provided on how to return weren’t entirely accurate but customer services helped to clarify. Replacement product was received in good time and functioned properly.

Wir hatten eine sehr frühe Abbuchung und eine sehr späte Lieferung so dass wir davon ausgingen sie sei "verloren" gegangen. Dann kam die Lieferung aber doch noch an.

Tutto ok, pero’ avrei preferito che per il prezzo ci fosse una custodia dello stesso colore abbinato al marsupio gia’ incluso. Stiamo parlando di una custodia da 19€, si poteva benissimo includere a fronte di una spesa di quasi 200€. In piu’ me la faro’ fare da una sarta perche’ quella che avete voi c’e’ solo nera e non mi piace abbinata al marsupio blu. La grigia non e’ disponibile e l’assistenza mi ha detto che non sa quando arriva.
