I can’t say enough good things about the Ergobaby 360. I recently had a bad fall while carrying my baby, and while I ended up with a broken ankle, my little one was completely safe and unharmed — all thanks to this incredible carrier. The Ergobaby 360 kept my baby secure, snug, and close to me the whole time. Even when I fell, the carrier’s sturdy design and support meant he didn’t budge or get hurt. I’m honestly so grateful for how well it’s made — it did exactly what it’s supposed to do: keep my baby safe and supported no matter what. Aside from that scary moment, it’s also super comfortable to wear for long periods, distributes weight beautifully, and is easy to adjust. I’ve always loved how close it lets me keep my baby, but after this experience, I have an entirely new level of appreciation for it. Thank you, Ergobaby, for making such a reliable, well-designed product. It truly protected what matters most. ❤️

Great customer service! Ordered a Omni Deluxe, but discovered only after ordering that you could get 10% off on first order. I was reimbursed 10% restrospectively as cancellation was not an option (this is unfortunately a drawback, but the order handling was incredibly fast) The carrier is very good.
