I'm very happy with the baby stroller I purchased from you... and I'm immensely grateful to the support team who always gave me the necessary assistance when I needed it. In particular, I would like to thank Lea from the support team for always helping me.

Marta and Sarah from the support team were so helpful and friendly, they help me with a solution. My baby has hip dysplasia and the ergobaby is the only carrier our doctor approve to use, and after my experience with the costumer service I would recommend it to our my friends.

Did my items arrive overnight ? No, however I was able to have excellent customer service via email, I was informed of the status of my package and I was given my tracking number, I was apologised to for the delay and it was explained that there has been a change in warehouse. I would say, if you have any doubts to, just send an email. My items have arrived ! The quality is so lovely. Beautiful design, wonderful material I'm very happy thankyou ErgoBaby !
