As a company you’ve gone above and beyond to resolve my dilemma. I purchased the 3 in 1 baby seat for my new granddaughter unfortunately after just 1 week it had got stained with a few drops of Milton, my daughter was devastated I emailed to enquire if I could purchase a replacement.
