I have a wonderfull conversation with the team from support. They helped me with the issues that I have with the website and guided me in order to buy the Carrier. Honestly I haven't see this quality support from a company in years. I will definetly order other things from Ergobaby.

We borrowed one of these for my first child and he probably spent more time in it than out of it, so we had to buy one for my second baby and she loves it too. It is so comfy for both adult and baby, I wear it and so does my partner so great for both. It is very easy to put on and adjust too on your own. Highly recommend!
