I bought 3 things from Ergobaby so far: bouncer, mesh aura wrap and 360 omni and have been satisfied with all 3 products. We use them everyday. Customer service is great too. During the order of the omni 360, I ran into an issue. I e-mailed them right away and it was resolved very quickly.
