Issue with payment updation

Regarding my last order i have given this rating

ordered 7 can of enfamil stage 2 (order no.-EN32260) on prepaid basis, seller sent my product COD basis, I raised issue in email but no one responded, product reached near to us but delivery agent denied to deliver without payment. I reminded the same to seller more than 15 times but nothing happened therefore it was returned to seller. After 15 days seller sent me email mentioning that courier could not be delivered because you were not available on address and returned after several delivery attempts.....How ridiculous!! This is second time I faced the same problem (my previous order no.-EN30927 faced same issue). I will never buy product on enfashop.
