Slow shipping

The product is good. Have been using it since my child was 3 months. Now she is 5 years. Ordered 3 cans of Enfagrow. Had a free gift of a travel bag worth ₹199. But was not delivered. Informed the matter to the company and they asked me to send the pics of the offer. Checked the site and realised that the offer was no more available. Hence could not take the screenshot of the product with the offer. Hence the offer could not be fulfilled.

Product is good but as promised during ordering a free gift is still not received. ORDER NO 24806
