I am giving 4 stars only on the basis we had to wait for a considerable period due to the Royal Mail strikes. That said i did communicate with the company who made efforts to try and establish a delivery date on my behalf which i was grateful for.

No problems other than the system thinking I hadn’t bought the items and sending up a number of follow up emails to check out my basket, even once our purchases had been dispatched.
