I can’t give it to my kids one didn’t like the taste and wouldn’t drink it the other threw up after I mixed it into chocolate milk

Subscription order processed without reminders.

I ordered the product directly through else.com thinking I’d get a better service and a fresher product. It took a little over 2 weeks to receive, even though the company is local to me. The shipping label was printed, but package not sent for over 10 days and I had to follow up to get them to drop it in the mail. I could have received it in 1 day had I ordered from Amazon.

An option for live chat with customer service would make returns a bit easier to expedite. I would continue to order based off of how my order issue is resolved over the next couple of days
