Item did not arrive

Order made on 21st March has yet been received

After paying postage your product was on the expensive side, over 40 euros for a toddlers cutlery set. Fast forward 2.5 weeks, still haven’t got the product and have received import charges from customs of 18 euros.. 62 euros for a knife, fork, spoon and plate is excessive and I’m disappointed that you didn’t make your customers aware prior to ordering.

Order was sent back to the shipper without notice, and I will not have my present on time. The service was on holidays for 2 weeks and I could not contact them.

Your packaging getting worse , I bought five and all the box was broken. It didn't happen before.
