My daughter really likes the products. However, it would have been nice to have some info related to the taxes when you order from Europe. I paid 13 pounds for the parcel to be delivered.

It’s been nearly 4 weeks since I’ve placed my order, and the tracking just says that a label has been created still. No one is responding to my emails (hello@doddl.com, team@doddl.com) or Instagram messages. It’s really unbelievable that business is conducted like this

Unfortunately I had to pay the conversion rate from English currency even though I live in Canada. I specified I live in Canada, paid in Canadian currency and was billed by UPS for English currency conversion. Unfortunately the box has been thrown away and I have no proof that UPS had charged me around an extra $100. They made me pay upon delivery
