I was immediately connected with a team member and they were able to give me the information I needed, answer some safety questions I had regarding car seats, and let me know how to get notified about the upcoming release of a new seat. Good customer service goes a long way. The processing and shipping was quick, the booster seats were packed well and well protected. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Overall, I am so pleased with Diono and will continue to purchase their products.
