Although the box was damaged upon delivery I know that it was out of Diono's hands and most just don't care how things are treated in the shipping process. With that said, ordering, shipping and unboxing was great all around.

Teresa is customer service went above and beyond for me and my questions. Shipping was a little long but not terrible, had my order within 2 weeks.

We have two disabled kids who both need seats that go to a higher weight limit. The Monterey was recommended in the Carseat Safety group on Facebook and so I chose these over another brand. I happened to catch the early Black Friday sale at the time my kids needed new seats as well, so that was a score! They came quickly and I’m excited to get them installed.

We needed a second chair for a different vehicle and have had success with first chair, so it was a no-brainer to return to DIono despite the price. Installation was easy, and the availability of the chair was a plus! I recommend this company to everyone!
