Appreciate the exception to return policy
We've ordered multiple (4 to be exact) Diono seats in the past. We recently purchased two more, but then realized the inclination of the seat in our vehicle wasn't what we had hoped for our infant (she was too vertical), and decided to return them and get something else. Initially we were told we couldn't return the Diono seats because we had gotten rid of the boxes. Then, we were provided an exception to this rule since the seats were otherwise unused. We appreciate you helping us out and we liked the customer service. We will continue to recommend your products. One suggestion: if you are going to make it a rule that seats are not returnable except in the original box, I would make it a bit more prominent in the packaging. A big sticker that says, "Save this box if you might return the seat," would have saved us all the trouble. Thanks again for excellent products.
