My baby loves her Diono! She was hating her infant car seat and starting to scream in the car which is not like her. Now she is always relaxed and even sleeps in the car. I can tell she is more comfortable and the seat is much sturdier and offers lots of support. I couldn’t be happier with Diono. I had issues ordering online at first and I called Diono. I ordered 2 new booster seats for my kids. One of them came slightly damaged. I called same day and they immediately sent me a new one no problem. They were very easy to talk to and the seats themselves seem great! My kids love the bright colors!
