Everything was a great experience! Website m was extremely easy to navigate, placing order was a breeze, emails were very detailed with keeping in the loop of how your order is being processed and delivered, shipping/delivery is very fast, and the product is handled with car! On my receipt you could see an “name initial” sign off and number of items highlighted so you know they do a thorough check to make sure all your order is being shipped without anything missing… everything was just amazing about ordering from Diono! Very happy with my personal experience!
