The customer service is excellent!

Excellent company. I made a mistake in my order and the person who responded to my email immediately suggested how I could fix the situation and still receive the order quickly for a birthday gift. All was fine in the end. It was a pleasure to have such good customer service. I already knew from past experience how good the product itself was, but it was a bonus to see how well the company could promptly and smoothly manage my own error in ordering.

The experience was excellent. The whole process was efficient; no complaints.
