Boppy agreed to return it, but I had to pay for shipping which was the same cost as pillow and not worth returning at that point.

I did what I was told, you did not do what you promised.

When the boppy was recalled, I was instructed by the company to cut it into 2 pieces and send a photo to prove it was destroyed. I complied and was told a refund would be mailed to me. Instead I received an email saying I " had mistakenly destroyed" my boppy and a new one would be sent. I no longer have any use for a boppy and would have preferred the promised refund.

I had a very hard time getting my order to the cart to pay and order therefore my gift did not get here for the baby shower!

package was fine.. shipping was a little slow but was fine. What is bad I didn't get the right headrest. They instantly sent me a RMA number and still waiting for the 2nd letter with instructions. I already missed the shower. I just want the right headrest(dinosaur) one..only reason I added it to my order was cause it was dinosaur and that was their shower theme.

If you have any reason to contact custom service, I'm sorry in advance. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, emailed with someone before ultimately being ghosted (at time of writing it's been over a week since someone has replied to my last 3 emails). I heard wonderful things about the pillow itself but I sincerely hope I have no reason to try to reach this company again.
