service is a bit slow. After placing an order took awhile to get a confirmation email and item to get sent out. ANd in the end it turned out item paid for was out of stock even though shown online there's stock when placing order.

Absolutely terrible service!!! Sooooo disappointed! Took a week to respond once I emailed they had sent the wrong product. Then wouldn’t send me the correct product just said I could have a refund. Never acknowledged that it was their mistake!!

Returns policy looks good, however I gave 3 pairs to return, and at $80 a pair that’s a lot of money!! Filled in all correct online requests followed up with 5 emails over 2 weeks, still no reply!! And there is no phone number to call! Extremely poor return service!!

Poor customer service. Provided feedback regarding sizing issues which was met with a generic response and lack of interest in my experience.
