Great company, great values, excellent quality shoes and the only brand of shoes I'm OK with buying for my kids. Only issue is they take forever after generating the shipping label to hand the packages off to USPS to begin the shipping process. It turns 5-8 day shipping into a much longer ordeal.

Great shoes (when the size you want is in stock). Customer service, returns and refunding is top notch when things don’t quite go to plan. Love the bright unisex colours when they are available.

I really like the shoe it’s self having now tried the shoes and know they fit my sons feet well. However, I do not like the fact Bobux does not change size if it’s incorrect. For a brand that is priced at the much higher end of the market this is a massive deterrent for me, having bought a pair of candles for my son and they were not wide enough for his feet. I have since been unable to resell. Should I have been able to exchange I would have done so for a larger size and felt my $80 was well spent. I hope this feedback can be taken on and considered or I will shop via a retail chain in future in person for the same shoe despite it being considerably inconvenient.
