Fantastic service, great quality shoes for kids. I have bought Bobux before instore and they were great. This time I purchased online and bought the wrong size. They have freepost returns or you can get a credit for 110%. Great service.

I ordered two pairs of shoes but they didn’t ever arrive. I checked in after 3 weeks and apparently my address was not transferred- waited another 3 and still nothing and no ETA from their courier. while I got a refund there was more attitude than empathy from bobux customer service - I said 8 week wait and was corrected to 6, because that’s a reasonable time to wait… anyway it left a bitter taste, which is a shame we like their shoes normally.
