Speedy shipping and overall good experience, however very expensive shipping. I order multiple times a year to make sure that shoes fit for the time of the year (rather than buying multiple pairs hoping they will fit well when needed) therefore its tricky to order £75 worth of shoes to qualify for free shipment

Difficult to return as you need a printer. Wish I had known this as I'm still wfh and so can't return things easily. Would probably order somewhere else to make this easier.
