Slow response. Bad attitude at the end. Terrible, terrible delivery service

top marks for the product but this is the second time I've sent a pair each to my grandchildren and one pair arrives immediatly and the other weeks later. I won't be sending them to their address anymore - it's no fun when one misses out.

The shipping service needs improvement. The box arrived damaged and there are marks on the shoes!

uncomfortable shoes :C

A bit annoyed that one of the pairs were small and had to be returned but at least my grandson gets to wear the other 2.
