I ordered the wrong formula and was panicking bc it’s specialty and I can’t get it locally! Their contact info was easy to find, they wrote me back in a day and helped me get the right formula on the way. I have to say I’ve ordered from them so many times and never had an issue with delivery time, either. They are trying so hard to get us out formula and bending over backwards to make sure we know what timelines to expect, and giving discount codes to help with shipping, etc. truly amazing customer service, even in the middle of a pandemic!
