Unfortunately, I have not received my order. Post office thinks it’s delayed, I wish you all used FedEx or UPS.

I received my shipment today with all four canisters of formula damaged because they’re weren’t properly packaged. I’ve tried to send an email twice now to both the sales and customer service emails and both were delivery failures stating the messages were blocked. There is no other contact information listed on the site. $200/month for formula is a lot of money that I can give to another company if this one can’t be bothered to provide basic customer service. I’m willing to update this review if the company reaches out to me to fix the situation. My order number is BOF18994.

Don't ship UPS. They only operate on weekdays and are unreliable in Seattle

I ordered the Holle Bio 3 on December 3rd, 2020 and when I received the package the boxes were crushed. Also they sent a Holle Bio 3 that expires on Jan. 24, 2021 less than 2 months from the shipping date. I tried to contact their customer service email that was on my order confirmation, but it didn’t go through.
