Easy to work with! I like the subscription system and easy to cancel, delay, or change. I wish it was easier to adjust the size of the diaper on the subscription. Shipping is great!

Customer service was exception. Ordered 2 types of diapers. Received the 1st set no problem, the 2nd send didn't come so I contact customer service and they rectified the problem immediately.
