Order is straightforward online, delivery is on time

They were slow to be dispatched, I emailed customer services to enquire about this & received a reply promptly to advise they were experiencing high order volumes, but that the product would arrive within 3 days - which it did. Overall service was good.

Your courier partner is severily unprofessional and their local driver, for my area, a maniac. :)))) He has his own rules of delivery! Seems to work for him and at your end, but quite unordinary for such a job. Thank you for reading

Would have given five as almost everything about this product is first class even though on the higher cost scale , just too long to wait for delivery and delivery charge is a bit expensive
