Return process extremely frustrating

Still waiting for confirmation that a replacement has been sent out

I wanted to return the item I bought but this company can’t cover the shipping cost. So I have to pay for for something and then pay just to send it back. There are few companies that do that in this day and age. Get with the times! Plus they’re customer service takes forever to respond.

Terrible returns policy - very inconvenient and expensive. You cannot return to any store and they do not offered discounted/free returns. I was quite disappointed as they fall short vs their competitors on this.

Did not receive despite ups saying it arrived.
