Working with Bambi Baby has been one of the best experiences as new parents. We had looked at many different stores both in person and online to find a crib/dresser set that needed very specific measurements and features, but we were having a hard time finding a set. We decided to visit Bambi Baby in Staten Island all the way from Virginia. Upon arriving we were greeted by George and he was so helpful! We told him what we were looking for and he was able to direct us to the sets that had what we were looking for and told us the pros/cons of each set. He was so informative, professional, friendly, patient, and such a pleasure to work with. Once we made a decision, we placed the order and it was so easy and efficient, even with a delivery all the way to VA. We received constant updates about our delivery and to our pleasant surprise, they delivered 3 weeks early! Bambi Baby has wonderful service and would not hesitate to use them in the future. If you are looking for high end quality furniture for your little one, look no further. Bambi Baby is an exceptional Boutique, who really cares about their customers!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff !! they guided us when making the decision for the right stroller for our new baby and explained every single detail about the product, as new parents we had many questions and they were with us for quite sometime. We bought the PIPA urbn + MIXX next Travel System and could not be happier with it, we will definitively go back to Bambi Baby for the next purchase.

I recently purchased the Nuna stroller, infant car seat and bassinet for my son and daughter-in-law, who are having their first baby in July. The 3 of us went together and were helped by Marge, who was amazing! She let us try all of the different products, gave us her positive and negative feedback, answered all of our questions and never put any pressure on us in any way. 1000% recommend Bambi baby for all your essential needs. I visited the Paramus location and i purchased the pipa lite rx the Uppa baby vista and the adapter for the car seat. I believe the gentleman who helped us name was Robert. He was super helpful and answered all my questions and helped place my order. The shipping department was great as well they contacted me to make sure it was delivered to the right location as my complex is big. I will be returning to Bambi baby for any future purchases.
