My product arrived quickly and worked, I only wish there was spare power cord so you can move monitor into another room. I ordered a another cord and works prefect, really easy to order.

Overseas charges on our credit card

I ordered this product on the 12th January 2026 and still haven’t received this product (today’s date: 6th February 2026) I have contacted customer service via email 3 times regarding an update about my order. Although customer service have been friendly, I still haven’t received my product which makes me question if I have been scammed. Order in advance if you are in need of any products as this seems to be a very long delay and there have been no update on my ordering status.
