I love this baby monitor so far. We had the Infant Optics DXR-8 for our first son, but have been without a monitor entirely for the last 1.5-2 years after the antenna on it broke and we couldn't get any signal on the unit unless standing directly outside of his bedroom door. As we were getting ready to transition our second baby from our room to the nursery, a new monitor was a priority. I love the split-screen option that this system offers, but I've actually found that I prefer to view each room individually (since you can't zoom in on either camera when it's in split-screen). The screen on the monitor is not only massive but the picture is SUPER clear, it's impressive and reassuring. I also love the VOX feature. My *only* complaints — and they are minor — are: I wish the lowest volume setting was just a little quieter, I wish the cord to the cameras was longer (especially if you prefer to mount the cameras to the wall), and I wish that the VOX feature didn't constantly pick up the white noise from the baby's sound machine. But other than those very nit-picky things, I could not be happier with this product. I've already recommended it to several mom friends.

Loving the cameras with split screen option as well as eco mode to turn the screen off, but still hear the kids. We had a small issue with the parent partook of tue system but customer service was very quick to respond Akins resolved the issue immediately.
