Babysense Monitors

We love our Babysense baby monitor! It has all the features we want and helps us take care of our kiddos. The interactions I have had with customer service have also been fantastic.

One of the best I have used. I have used three different baby monitors, but the babysense thus far is one of the best. The HD quality picture is great even at night. I also like the range of the camera, it pans the entire corners of the room. This is a great buy, and you can add more cameras (upto 4) if you want. If I was to give a suggestion, is have all 4 camera’s on split screen. But otherwise, the side by side split screen for two cameras is not bad at all!

Our original camera monitor turned black and no longer worked so we had to order another. As the warranty was up, we did have to pay but with a discount. So far the product has been working great. Most importantly, the customer service was excellent. Steve was very prompt, polite and tried his best to help throughout all correspondence. It is difficult to speak directly to a person in these times, and he was outstanding throughout the whole process. I would purchase again from this company for that reason.

We we're looking for a monitor that had a higher quality picture and the VOX/ECO mode. This is it. Would love it if it had better shortcuts to specific settings but that is truly my only gripe. I will be curious if the camera allow for individual white noise. Otherwise this setup will be amazing.
