I’m so happy with the Babysense Prisma! The video quality is super clear, even at night, and the sound is great. I love that it’s non-Wi-Fi, which makes me feel safer and gives me peace of mind. The night light and sound machine are a great bonus to help soothe my baby, and setup was really easy. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a reliable and easy-to-use baby monitor!

It’s very reassuring knowing I’ll be notified right away if something seems off. Setup was quick and easy, and the monitor feels really reliable. The option for 1 or 2 cameras is a big plus too, especially for keeping an eye on multiple rooms. I have 3 kids ages 11, 3, and 2 so I’ve purchased many baby monitors over the years. The BabySense Max View is by far the best system I’ve ever had. It has the clearest picture, user friendly, and the customer service department is very responsive and helpful.

I had issues with a new monitor I purchased, no questions asked they returned the monitor free of charge and sent a new one. It never took longer than a few hours to hear from the customer service team.
