We originally had a Babysense monitor gifted to us and after dropping the screen on the ground replaced it straight away with the same model. It was perfect for us for our first kid. When baby 2 came this year we used the single monitor amd bought a cheap one from Amazon bit the quality of the Babysense was far superior in quality and sound so it was a waste. We talked about searching for a split screen so we could monitor baby and toddler. We checked out the Babysense V43 reviews and having had a great experience with the single monitor we purchased the V43 during a deal on their website. When the monitor arrived the seal had been already broken. I contacted customer service and within a couple of days Ravit in Cavan had addressed my query and shipped me a new monitor. Since plugging it in it has worked instantly. The panning function is great for restless babies/moving toddlers and we love the talk to your baby function. Highly recommend both product and customer service.
