I've had great dealings with the team: easy to talk to, knowledgeable staff and straightforward transactions.

Each and every time that we have been in to Baby HQ we have had fantastic service. The staff have been very knowledgable and friendly, never pushy either. The store is well laid out and everything is displayed very well. All the stock was well presented and there was a lot of different brands to choose from.

I went to baby HQ last weekend i was immediately greeted with the most lovely staff. I spent 2 hours in this shop looking at prams & car seats! The lady was extremely honest & realistic. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the brands & their differences. I will definitely be back.
