The items were excellent quality. Not a disappointment at all. Will order again & again. However the ordering process is stressful perhaps it's easier with a cc. I do not use cc's for on-line purchases. I use pay pal only. The problem is once your order is complete to are directed to your paypal acct. Paypal sends email pymt submitted then redirects you back. 2x now when redirected back it says order cannot be processed. Both times I called baby first they say it went thru? They don't send a confirmation email of your order. So you really don't know if the order went thru or not. That's the only glitch. Other than that all items ordered were perfect!!!!
