I did some Christmas shopping for my son here and one item was not mailed. I called the company and left a message stating that one gift I got did not come in. They called me back that same day and shipped the item. I got it in 3 days! Thank you, Baby First staff!

I paid extra for express shipping but did not receive my package when they said I would. They reimbursed me half my shipping I thought was very good.
