The company is great. The product just doesn’t work for me like it does others.

Shipping costs and process needs to be re-evaluated. Costs are way too high compared to other competitors. Also, paid for expedited shipping, but item still wasn’t even shipped until days later. Felt tricked. Wouldn’t have spent all that extra money if I knew the item was still going to take a week to get here.

I do not like the express cups. They are difficult to pour from and I do not get the same output.

My problem haven’t solved yet so not sure.
