Fast shipping and great customer service. The initial emails they send out to confirm your order, and then that your order has shipped, are funny and sweet.

I personally had issues with shipping. However after contacting them, it was quickly fixed and I heard back from them on the same day that I messaged them and it was on a weekend. It was fantastic how polite and responsive they were and how quickly they fixed the issue
