One time we didn’t receive
One time we didn’t receive our order (once in 4 years of diapering my children with Abby&Finn) and that one time, we e-mailed the company to let them know….this is what happened:
They immediately reached out to us and apologized for the mistake. Then they reimbursed our money and sent us a double shipment for free.
Seriously! The best customer service. The customer service along with the quality products and pricing kept us coming back for 4 years and multiple children!
