Very pleased with response and ship time. However, headphones have been sitting at local post office for 2 days with updates that say delivery attempted but unable to access address. This is not true as we live in a neighborhood with daily mail delivery. Local PO is most likely holding back packages because they are (1) lazy or (2) don't have room on their tiny little trucks. This is not your fault and I am attempting to file a complaint with USPS and hopefully get package, which is a gift for my granddaughter, delivered before Christmas. Hopefully it won't mysteriously "disappear" before it can be delivered.
