When there was an issue with the shipping they took care of it right away, and sent out another can. Included with the can was two $5 off coupons which is awesome!! The consistency of this formula is a little smoother and finer than the other cows milk based brand I've used. It stirs very easily and dissolves quickly. My son took to this formula right away., didn't seem to mind the taste. It was his first time having anything other than breast milk or organic cows milk based formula. He happily took it and has continued to do so. His digestive system handles this formula extremely well. No gassy tummy, so upset or fussiness after drinking. His bowel movements even seem more regular! I will see that difference better with time.
