Customer service is amazing! The Lalo straps were out of stock in every color so I emailed the company asking when a restock would be happening since we needed some new straps and my newest baby just started solids. They responded in a few hours and wasn’t sure when the restock would be happening BUT I was told they had a few left in the warehouse and they could ship me some if I provided the color I needed and name/shipping address. I was blown away at their willingness to get me an out of stock item! I sincerely appreciate it and my 6 month old loves the highchair and the new silicone straps are amazing because they are wipeable. We had the old straps that needed to be washed and they would get dirty all the time. Not these! Massive improvement.

Lalo has been amazing from the first product purchased all the way through now. They are real parents that take all the important things into consideration. I know I will get a quality product from them every time. Their customer service is outstanding too!
