Shipping packed well but the Maileg mouse fridge arrived missing one of the screws for the handle so the fridge handle pivots.

Happy Monkey responded to my complaint that they had sent an empty package by resending the forgotten toy. While accommodating I felt they could have sent an apology gesture

I ordered some Maileg tea sets early in Dec. for my LO’s Christmas. We were surprised to find someone else’s order in the box we received! When I reached out to the owner, she immediately emailed a label to send the items to the correct person & sent me a replacement shipment. Although somewhat stressful, I can understand how labels were switched w/ new Christmas employees. Due to the owner’s quick action, we both received our items Christmas eve✨🎄✨

Giving you five stars for the delivery. Thanks for delivering so quickly. Unfortunately about the fraction pieces, we are going to have to figure out how to fix the pieces so they properly fit. This time, it will be a 3.5 stars...rounding up to 4 stars.
