I had a special situation because I don't live in the US, but a friend was going to receive the package for me. The package came late, but there was always good communication with Nicole about the situation. Unfortunately when the package came, my friend couldn't take it with her, so she had to return, but again the communication with Nicole was always clear and helpful. I would say the products are great, and if an issue come on the way, Nicole would definitely give you a great service.

Great customer service as always, staff (and maybe owner), are very responsive and helpful. One of my favorite shops to get awesome, great quality toys.
